Northeastern Music has hired Daryl Balseiro as General Manager of Northeastern Music Programs. Daryl is a seasoned music educator, having worked at the Big Spring and Northern York School Districts as both an elementary and secondary music educator. Daryl has an undergraduate degree in Music Education from West Chester University and a Masters in Conducting from Missouri State University and will be instrumental in overseeing the educational and logistical aspects of the classroom and instrumental programs of Northeastern Music.
