Services We Offer
Northeastern Music provides both Instrumental Music and Classroom music classes to parochial schools.
Instrumental Music
Northeastern Music Programs provides this program on a for-fee basis for parents. Participating students (typically starting in 4th grade, although sometimes strings players can begin in 3rd grade) join their peers in small group lessons once per week to learn their instruments. Advanced students also participate in an organized band program, either before or after school.
Small group lessons are typically once per week (30-45 minutes).
Classroom Music
As a supplement to your instrumental music program, Northeastern Music can also provide state accredited classroom music to member schools. In these programs, schools utilize a member of the Northeastern Music teaching network on a for-fee basis, providing a cost-effective alternative to retaining an in-house music staff. Fees are structured on a per day basis, contracted annually. In order to take advantage of this service, schools must have an instrumental program with Northeastern Music.
