Year-End FAQs
If your child is planning to participate in the band next year (at their current school or another school), we highly recommend keeping the instrument over the summer. This provides several advantages. First, your child will be able to continue playing over the summer months and keep their current skills fresh. Second, you will retain the equity that you have invested into renting the instrument. And finally, if you enroll for the 2024-25 school year during our Spring Enrollment window in June, we will defer your July and August rental payments. Regular payments would resume in September.
If, however, you do not plan to continue with the program next year, or your child is looking to switch instruments, you must contact our office at 888-636-2439 to coordinate return of your rental instrument. The instrument can only be returned by contacting our offices directly. Do not contact your child’s music teacher or school office to arrange return.
Returns at the end of the school year can be difficult if your school is closed. Be sure to check the office hours of your school to ensure we schedule pick up on a day that the school is open.
No. Families must re-enroll their child every school year.
Registration for next school year begins on June 1 and runs through the fall. Various discounts are available for annual plans through Sept 30.
You can enroll at https://enroll.nemusicprograms.com or by calling 888-636-2439.
If your child is interested in private or small group lessons over the summer, contact your child’s music teacher. Many of our teachers offer lessons over the summer. Those that are not teaching summer lessons can recommend other local teachers/schools that can accommodate you during the summer months.
